Dr. Flaharty is a board certified ophthalmologist who specializes solely in facial cosmetic surgery. After his residency, Dr. Flaharty completed a two-year fellowship in ophthalmic and facial plastic surgery that included a high volume of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery on the soft tissues and bony structures of the face. After several years of private practice, Dr Flaharty completed a second two-year fellowship in facial cosmetic surgery. This second fellowship, accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons, allowed him to further develop and refine his skills in the technical discipline of facial cosmetic surgery. |
